Green Tea For Weight Loss 

Green tea for weight loss Ingredients:

  • Five cups of water are needed.
  • Half of a teaspoon of celery
  • Half of a teaspoon of fennel
  • Half a teaspoon of green tea
  • Cinnamon a small piece
  • A little bit of ginger.

Synthesis.

  • Put water in a pot to boil. Add celery, fennel, green tea, cinnamon, and ginger when the water boils.
  • Take the pot off the heat and cover it for 2 minutes.
  • Let it cool, then put it in a thermos.
  • Every day, use 2 to 3 cups.

اجوائن آدھا چائے کا چمچ
سونف آدھا چائے کا چمچ
سبز چائے آدھا چائے کا چمچ
دارچینی ایک چھوٹا ٹکڑا
ادرک ایک چھوٹا ٹکڑا
ترکیب۔
ایک برتن میں پانی اُبال لیں۔
اجوائن، سونف، سبز چائے، دار چینی اور ادرک کو ابلتے ہوئے پانی میں ڈالیں۔
چولہا بند کر دیں اور برتن پر 5 منٹ کے لیے ڈھکن رکھ دیں۔
آئٹم کو ٹھنڈا کریں اور اسے تھرموس میں محفوظ کریں۔
.دِن میں 2 سے 3 کپ استعمال کریں
