SMOKED CHICKEN LOLLIPOP HOMEMADE RECIPE
Smoked Chicken Lollipop Recipe
- Chicken wings – 460 grams
- Corn flour – 20 grams
- All-purpose flour – 40 grams
- Green chilli – 1 teaspoon
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 tablespoon
- Schezwan sauce – 1 tablespoon
- Red chilli sauce – 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce – 1 teaspoon
- Vinegar – 1 teaspoon
- White pepper – 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt – 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper – 1/4 teaspoon
- Egg – 1
- Charcoal
- Ghee – 1 teaspoon
- Bread crumbs – for coating
- Oil – for frying
First, chop a chicken wing in half to make lollipops. Mix the following ingredients with 460 grams of chicken wings in a bowl:
- 20g cornflour
- 40g all-purpose flour
- green chilli
- ginger-garlic paste
- 1-tablespoon schezwan sauce
- red chilli sauce
- soy sauce
- 1-teaspoon vinegar
- 1/4 tsp.
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 tsp.
- 1 egg
Apply this marinade to chicken wings equally. film the bowl with cling film and marinate the chicken for 2 hours. The flavours will integrate during marination, making it more delicious.
After marination, add smokiness to the chicken lollipops. Burning charcoal in the basin replaces the cling film. Cover the basin after pouring 1 teaspoon of butter over the charcoal. Let the chicken absorb the smokey flavour for 5-8 minutes.
Remove the charcoal after the smokey infusion. Bread crumb the prepared lollipops. Fried chicken lollipops with this crunchy coating will be delicious.
Make sure skillet or deep fryer oil is hot enough. Gently drop the coated lollipops into the heated oil and cook until golden brown and crunchy. Perfect cooking usually takes a few minutes.
After frying, set the chicken lollipops on absorbent paper to drain excess oil. This keeps lollipops crunchy. Finally, serve the smoked chicken lollipops.
Serve hot, crispy chicken lollipops with mayonnaise or another dip for a full meal. The smokey chicken will taste better with the creamy, tangy dip.
